Bamboo Collective was founded on a simple observation:

The most critical challenges facing our clients don’t fit neatly into traditional consulting models. Large firms bring bureaucracy and overhead, with emphasis placed on billing and capturing additional contract work - not necessarily on quickly impacting a client’s mission and purpose. Individual contractors may lack the comprehensive capabilities of a network.
